We do not live in a paperless society. Invoices, cheques, facsimiles, customer correspondence, certificates of conformance are all document types; they can all be both electronic images and paper documents.   DbArchive eliminates the printing and filing of outgoing and incoming documents. As these archived documents can now be accessed in seconds, productivity is greatly improved. By totally removing the need for traditional paper-based document storage, storage space can be much better utilised.
  DbForm is an enterprise-wide solution, which automatically prints high quality business documents directly from the ERP application onto plain paper on laser printers. This eliminates traditional pre-printed stationery, and therefore boosts productivity, improves company image, and significantly reduces costs.
  DbFAX automatically faxes business documents directly from core business applications with a couple of mouse-clicks. Tightly integrated into Inecom's ERP application, DbFax allows you to achieve major savings of time and money.
  DbMail automatically e-mails business documents from the ERP system (for example customer invoices, supplier purchase orders, product specifications for sales staff). Using DbMail provides immediacy, cost savings, accuracy.
