The Web Client of ProjectManagement enables you not only to capture but also to access customer, employee and project data. The Web Client of ProjectManagement is available with Web 2.0 technology: Besides a completely revised user interface that is aligned with SAP Business One 8.8, the Web 2.0 technology enables more flexible handling.


Digital Dashboards

ProjectManagement based on SAP® Business One provides digital dashboards. The software enables users, for example, at the touch of a button to visualize the employees' real utilization compared with the planned capacity. Sophisticated Project Planning: Different resources are available for planning: employees, resource pools, items or travel expenses. In addition, the user is able to work with hierarchical phase structures, to create an overall planning or a detailed day planning and, depending on his knowledge, to further develop these planning versions.

 Travel Expenses Accounting: ProjectManagement assists the user in creating detailed travel expenses, normally a time-consuming process for the accounting department. Travel expenses are recorded in the Web Client or in the standard system by the employees or by specifically authorized users. Costs can either be charged to the customer or can only be accounted for internally by the employees at the push of a button. This procedure reduces the time effort in the accounting department considerably.

 

Management Information System
ProjectManagement supports powerful controlling and reporting tools that are very much appreciated by users of the system. The Breakeven Analysis, the Degree of Completion report or the Redidual Volume report ensure, amongst others, access to critical, up-to-the-minute information. Authorised users can select any report and personalise the layout for printing.
