The Web Client of ProjectManagement is available with Web 2.0 technology: Besides a completely revised user interface that is aligned with SAP Business One 8.8, the Web 2.0 technology enables more flexible handling.

Sophisticated Project Planning: Different resources are available for planning: employees, resource pools, items or travel expenses.  Travel Expenses Accounting: ProjectManagement assists the user in creating detailed travel expenses, normally a time-consuming process for the accounting department. Travel expenses are recorded in the Web Client or in the standard system by the employees or by specifically authorized users. Costs can either be charged to the customer or can only be accounted for internally by the employees at the push of a button. This procedure reduces the time effort in the accounting department considerably.

Management Information System
ProjectManagement supports powerful controlling and reporting tools that are very much appreciated by users of the system. The Breakeven Analysis, the Degree of Completion report or the Redidual Volume report ensure, amongst others, access to critical, up-to-the-minute information. Authorised users can select any report and personalise the layout for printing.
